Yolanda Gail Ford is a faith-driven leader, humanitarian, speaker, author, and community advocate whose life’s work is centered on loving, empowering, and liberating others through service, compassion, and faith.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Miracles R Real Outreach, Yolanda has dedicated herself to creating opportunities that transform lives, strengthen families, and build healthier communities. Through innovative programs focused on youth mentorship, workforce development, senior empowerment, court and referral services, volunteerism, and community outreach, she has helped countless individuals discover hope, purpose, and a path forward.
With more than 27 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, Yolanda understands the importance of serving people with dignity, compassion, and excellence. Her professional background, combined with her unwavering faith, has equipped her to lead with both vision and heart.
Yolanda is a three-time #1 Amazon Bestselling Author, recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, and a 2025 Marquis Who’s Who Honored Listee. She is also the founder of Crooked Crowns and Tilted Tiaras, a movement dedicated to encouraging individuals to embrace their journey, imperfections, and God-given purpose.
