Whether you’re just starting your recovery journey or seeking additional support, our Community Resource Center, in partnership with Houston Recovery Center, is here to help.
Our Services
Medical & Healthcare Access
- Linkage to affordable primary care physicians (PCP) and specialty care services
- Screening patients to address barriers to healthcare
- Assistance applying for Harris Health (Gold Card)
- Assistance applying for Medicaid, CHIP, CHIP Perinatal, Healthy Texas Women
Social Support & Basic Needs
- Help with Social Determinants of Health Assistance, including:
- Food
- Utilities
- Job Search
- TX ID
- Transportation
Substance Use & Mental Health
- Substance use prevention and mental health referrals
- Housing support referrals
- Narcan education and distribution for those at risk of overdose
- Linkage to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs as needed
