The Junior Ambassador Program is Miracles R Real Outreach’s official youth volunteer and leadership program for students and young people who want to make a positive impact in their community while developing leadership, communication, and service skills.

At Miracles R Real Outreach, we believe that every young person carries immense potential. The Jr. Ambassador Program was created to unlock that potential, by helping youth break free from negative labels, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt, and instead, rise with confidence, purpose, and identity.

This program is more than just leadership training. It’s a journey of personal growth designed to nurture the heart, mind, and character of tomorrow’s leaders.

What We Offer

Our Jr. Ambassadors participate in a dynamic curriculum that focuses on four foundational pillars:

  • Leadership Development: We guide youth in discovering their unique leadership style and teach them how to lead with love, integrity, and confidence.
  • Self-Awareness and Identity: Through open conversations and personal reflection, Ambassadors learn to embrace their worth and walk boldly in who they are.
  • Community Service and Outreach: Participants serve side by side with our outreach team at real events, building compassion, discipline, and a love for others.
  • Life Skills and Empowerment: Workshops and activities help prepare youth for life with practical tools: communication, time management, team collaboration, and goal setting.

A Typical Experience

As a Jr. Ambassador, each youth receives:

  • Mentorship from caring adult leaders
  • Hands-on volunteer opportunities
  • Group sessions and leadership workshops
  • A chance to lead peers during service events
  • Encouragement to explore their purpose and talents

Our Ambassadors also engage in seasonal initiatives like the WOW Youth Experience, where they’re exposed to environments and opportunities that expand their vision of what’s possible.

We believe that when youth know their worth, miracles happen. Our Jr. Ambassadors are more than volunteers: they’re leaders in the making, rising above limitations and walking boldly into their God-given potential.

Who Can Join?

The Jr. Ambassador Program is open to youth ages 10–17 who have a heart to serve and a desire to grow. Interested participants must complete an application, attend an orientation session, and commit to the values of love, service, and accountability.

Want to Get Involved?

We’re always looking for parents, mentors, and community leaders who want to pour into the next generation. You can support the Jr. Ambassador Program by:

  • Volunteering as a mentor or speaker
  • Sponsoring youth workshops or events
  • Offering enrichment opportunities
  • Donating supplies or meals for youth service days

Together, we’re raising leaders who walk in love, serve with purpose, and believe in the miracles within themselves.

Health & Allergy Requirements

All participants will be required to provide a completed Health and Allergies form to participate in any function, event, or program.

WOW Youth Experiences A Core Part of the Junior Ambassador Program

A Movement of Belief, Belonging, and Becoming

As a central part of the Junior Ambassador Program, the WOW Youth Experience extends our Ambassadors’ growth into hands-on, real-world environments.

The WOW Youth Experience is a transformational initiative by Miracles R Real Outreach, created to awaken purpose, affirm identity, and expand the vision of what’s possible for young people in our community.

Through this program, youth are exposed to real-world opportunities, new environments, and powerful experiences that help them understand: You belong here. You can lead. You are walking into greatness.

What is the WOW Youth Experience?

The WOW Experience is designed as a bold extension of our Jr. Ambassador Program. It provides immersive moments that leave a lasting impact, shifting mindsets, building confidence, and encouraging youth to step into spaces of influence with boldness and purpose.

This is more than a field trip or leadership seminar. It’s a journey into new possibilities.

Program Highlights

  • Exposure to Inspiring Environments: Youth visit places they’ve never been, from college campuses and corporate offices to art galleries, professional studios, and city council meetings. These experiences reframe what’s achievable.
  • Interactive Learning and Leadership: Participants engage in service projects, speak with professionals, attend workshops, and take on leadership roles in group settings.
  • Identity and Confidence Building: Every moment is designed to help youth realize their value, sharpen their voice, and affirm their ability to make an impact.

Why It Matters

Many youth struggle to see beyond their current environment. They may not know what they’re capable of because they haven’t seen what’s possible. The WOW Youth Experience bridges that gap with exposure, support, and belief.
